What is the Digital Kit program?

The Government has approved the Digital Kit Program, with the aim of subsidize the implementation of digital solutions to achieve digital maturity in companies. Financed by European Funds, the Digital Kit is aimed at companies, microenterprises, and self-employed workers, from any sector or type of business.

Who can apply for the digital kit grant?

The digital solutions The services provided by the Digital Kit are aimed at the needs of small businesses, microenterprises, and self-employed workers, belonging to any sector or type of business. Once it is confirmed that the requirements are met, companies will be able to obtain the Digital Voucher from the following table:

- Segment I: Companies with between 10 and fewer than 50 employees.

Digital voucher of €12,000

- Segment II: Microenterprise with between 3 and 9 employees.

Digital voucher of €6,000

- Segment III: Self-employed and microenterprises with between 1 and 2 employees.

Digital voucher of €3,000

- Segment IV: Medium-sized company with between 50 and 99 employees.

€25,000 digital voucher

- Segment V: Medium-sized company with between 100 and 249 employees.

What are the requirements to apply for the digital kit?

A series of conditions have been established to be a beneficiary of the Digital Kit assistance:

Being a small business, a microenterprise, or self-employed.
Not being considered a company in crisis.
Being up to date with payments of tax obligations and with respect to Social Security.
Not incurring in any of the prohibitions provided for in the General Subsidies Law.
Being registered in the Census of entrepreneurs, professionals, and withholders of the State Tax Administration Agency or in the equivalent census of the Foral Tax Administration.
Not being subject to a pending recovery order following a previous decision by the European Commission.
Not exceeding the minimum aid threshold (€200,000).
Having the assessment of the Digital Maturity Level Digital Maturity according to the diagnostic test on the Acelera pyme platform.

How to apply for the digital kit voucher?

Consultancy

We conduct an audit of your company to determine digital deficiencies and propose the best actions according to your organizational needs.

Quote

We assess your digital needs in a detailed and itemized budget to access digital vouchers.

Processing

We take care of managing and processing the subsidy according to the budget. On your part, we will only ask for the necessary documentation.

Execution

Once 70% of the subsidy is approved, we begin to execute the actions outlined in the budget. Also, we provide a justification to receive the remaining 30% payment.

How to use the digital kit voucher?

Once we have our 'digital voucher', we could say that we are already 'beneficiaries' of the financial aid from the Digital Kit. In addition, we already have analyzed the digital solutions we need for our company.

The remaining steps are as follows:

The beneficiary and the Digitizing Agent, negotiate, sign, and formalize a Digitization Solutions Provision Agreement.
After formalizing the agreement, the Digitizing Agent implements the requirements for each phase of the digitization solution, meaning that it provides the technological solution to the beneficiary (the implementation period in some cases is one day, in others it can be several weeks).
The Digitizing Agent issues a single invoice after the first phase of service provision, with the total The subsidized amount..
The beneficiary will pay the non-subsidized expenses (for example, VAT, which can then be deducted) and will transfer the right to collect the subsidized amount to the Digitizing Agent.
The Digitizing Agent will provide the digitization solution requested by the beneficiary for a period of 12 months from the start of the implementation.
